The rooms are comfortable but not as spacious as they look in the pictures. The very good breakfast, very varied and all very rich.
There was a smell of damp in the corridors, we were put in a room with a shower and screen only covered half, so the rest of the bathroom got quite wet. pool is very small (with 15 people it looks full... you can get wet but swimming is almost impossible) and floor around it burned a lot, it is necessary to go with flip-flops. we arrived we asked for a map of Madrid and we were given a printed sheet of paper in which half of it was not visible due to lack of toner in the printer and in which no street name was visible as a reference. I can understand that they ran out (although it was a Saturday at 12. 00 but they didn't even apologize for giving such a bad service... I think it's very unsuitable for that quality of hotel. For a 4 star hotel, bathroom accessories were very scarce. To cost 153 euros there were no details.

Its location, one step away from the Wizink Center. The attention at the reception is very considerate.
My reservation didn't include breakfast but once there we decided to have breakfast. We went to the dining room to get information and person at the door told me, not in a very good way, that it was worth 18 euros per person and that we had to pay at the reception before entering, he left out that it was 15 minutes to close the dining room. we had barely begun to eat breakfast, all the trays of that buffet that has a reputation of being good began to disappear, something that I cannot verify because we barely had coffee with milk and toast for breakfast. Paying 18 euros for that seems to me to be a robbery. On the other hand, I found the attention at the bar at night to be terrible. We had to get up and go to the bar so that we could locate a bartender to take notes and again so that he could give us the bill.

The check in was very quick because they already had my data from another time. The room was given to us on the top floor and with kettle as I had requested, very comfortable bed, large shower, the air was on automatic and we did not feel noise or cold. We asked for slippers and they brought them to us immediately. The breakfast buffet if you take it loose is expensive but very complete. We had the return flight very late and on the ground floor there is a large rest area with chaise longues where you can read, charge your mobile... The metro stop is very close and it takes 5 minutes to walk to the Wizink center (sports centre)
Although there is a small gym, the pool is only open in summer and we would have liked you to offer some kind of massage or treatment, whether you go for leisure or work it would be interesting to have that option.

Everything is big: the bed (very comfortable), shower, TV... hall is huge (it looks like an airport), well lit, everything works like clockwork: the reception staff is very efficient (I hardly had to wait and it was the weekend), many elevators, everything is very clean... it's very clean, in a very good area of Madrid and 5 minutes from the Retiro. breakfast, good and they did not stop bringing things. They make you natural juices of the most varied fruits, on the go. a very nice detail: we arrived late from the street, at 1 am, everything was already closed. We found the cafeteria working at full capacity and staff was very happy to help us: my wife wanted a hot chocolate and within a minute she had it in front of her. we know that other guests were being treated with the same love. very good experience, thanks to the whole team.
Just the ramp in the underground car park (which doesn't belong to the hotel): it's the worst thing I've ever seen. I'm sure it's not up to code.

The breakfast spread was fantastic, especially the fresh smoothies!
More seating in the dining area would be beneficial.

Location
A lot..Noices from the toilet, flushing itself. Mades are screaming in the early morning, smoking coming to your room from them smoking in the facility. No free WiFi internet connection as was promiced by Booked.net

The accommodation in general terms was very good with an excellent breakfast despite the fact that there was a very high occupancy rate and some queuing at the entrance, the assortment and quantity was very complete with natural smoothies! Connection to the nearby Wizink Center metro station (5min walk with child). The detail of the mobile available during the stay. In our case we didn't use it much but the child had fun playing and watching videos . Game area in the lobby with console and various games for the children.
The restaurant service is very slow possibly because of the very high occupancy. We waited a long time for the children's menu.. and the prices were a bit disproportionate. . There were two of the 8 elevators that were out of order, so during rush hour we had to wait a few minutes to go up or down, a bit annoying especially with the bags after check in or to go to the check out with the bags.

Location
Reception staff were not welcoming after a 5 hour drive very disapointing. The rooms are nothing like the photos on Booked.net, they are dated and cleanliness was not great. Breakfast was very poor I ate out every morning with my business colleagues.

Large breakfast, including slices of fresh bread, eggs, pancakes, sausages, and bacon. Pretty nice room with terrace and big shower, for instance. Absolutely perfect and lovely location, shuttle from airport...

I love the room, its not that bad, clean and comfy. The location of the hotel is very convenient to tourist like me. Close to everything, shops everywhere, metro is just a few yards from the hotel, buses were very accessable. So many restaurants to choose from. I will definitely come to this hotel again.
The place looks so dated, its like being in the 70's time. From the lobby itself its still got old designs as well as the restaurant.
